Our trainers are among the most respected experts in the GD&T community. Many serve—or have served—as members of the ASME standards committees responsible for developing the very guidelines used throughout industry. Every Tec-Ease instructor holds Senior Level GD&T Professional (GDTP) certification from ASME and brings decades of real-world experience into every class.
Tec-Ease maintains a team of 12 instructors, primarily based in the United States, with additional trainers located in Canada, Brazil, and England. This global network allows us to support multiple companies simultaneously while, whenever possible, matching each client with an instructor who has experience in their specific industry. From aerospace and automotive to medical devices and heavy equipment manufacturing, our trainers understand the challenges you face downstream of the drawing.
What truly sets Tec-Ease apart is the depth of industry experience behind the instruction. Our trainers are not only experts in the ASME Y14.5 Standard—they have spent over 30 years working in industry themselves. This ensures our training goes beyond theory, combining standards-based instruction with practical case studies, real drawings, and lessons learned from the shop floor.
Backed by a fully staffed office that responds quickly to calls and emails, Tec-Ease has the resources and expertise to deliver complete scalable GD&T training programs—from a single engineer to thousands of employees—without sacrificing quality or personalization.
Through real drawings, case studies, and examples pulled directly from manufacturing, inspection, and design environments, our instructors help students understand not just what the standard says, but why it matters and how to apply it correctly. This practical perspective helps teams avoid costly misinterpretations, improve communication across departments, and create drawings that truly support downstream processes.
With Tec-Ease, you don’t just learn GD&T—you learn how to use it with confidence in the real world
because at Tec-Ease, GD&T Rules!
